The bad news: I threw out my back playing basketball by myself. (I'm old).

The good news: none.

Sorry!! Ice, rest, oh so gentle but loooong stretches...you know all that, and it will get better! Wonder about golfing this weekend?

Long car trips can cause the back to be prone to injury. Rest is what will help the most. When my back was hurting I dropped a concrete block on my toe, my back stopped hurting then. However I am sure you don't have a concrete block.
